The Story behind TheyScale

TheyScale was founded by Rébecca Ravoala. For over 8 years, she has supported the growth of French and European tech startups and scale-ups, helping structure their recruitment functions from the inside: building handbooks, training managers, setting up end-to-end hiring processes. In recent years, this expertise has focused on payments and fintech, notably at Wero, Payfit and Joko. She has now chosen to make this her full specialization: in-house experience put to work for fintech and payment companies that need recruitment that truly understands their business, not just their jargon.
